TCL2110-8 series Multiport Transceivers provide eight ports in a modularchassis. The E version is compatible with Ethernet V1.0; the I version iscompatible with IEEE 802.3 and Ethernet V1.0 and V2.0. Features include:

Modular design; allows modules to be added, removed, or replaced

without bringing down the network.

Two-level cascade; expands the mininet up to a maximum of 64 stations.
Heartbeat (SQE test); enables or disables when operated in mininet

mode.
